In Matthew, chapter 16, Jesus talks to his disciples about the importance of being the Called out ones(Ekklesia). When he brings up the reality of the church and how he was calling out those who would be part of his body known as the church, it is important to understand that those who are part of the "called-out ones" are being called out of darkness, out of the world, and being separated unto God, and being brought into the kingdom of light, the kingdom of his dear Son.
This study goes into the importance of understanding who the church really is, and all of the different dynamics that encompass the reality of what Jesus taught us in the gospels concerning his church. Let us look closely at the reality of what it means to be holy, separated, unto God our Father, Jesus Christ, our Lord, and our King.
